Mission Driven Health Plans is a mission-driven Community Owned Health Plan (COHP) focused on delivering an alternative to the traditional carrier-based insurance model. Healthcare starts locally and a health plan must provide consumers more access to healthcare providers not less. Our mission is to provide objective quality data to families allowing them to make more informed decisions that yield better outcomes and ultimately drive down the overall cost of care.
